Pick Your Lane
HyveBreak
Gameplay
Control a paddle at the bottom of the screen and bounce a ball to break all bricks in each level. Bricks come in multiple types — standard, hardened (2-hit), and indestructible barriers that force strategic angles. Clear all breakable bricks to advance. Every 3 levels the game introduces new brick patterns and faster ball speeds.
Sessions are tracked on-chain from the moment you press Start. Your score, level reached, bricks broken, combo multiplier, and time played are all recorded immutably when the session ends.
Powerups & Drops
Burns through all bricks without bouncing — devastating on packed rows.
Doubles paddle width for easier catches. Stacks with other powerups.
Splits into 3 balls — triple the destruction but triple the chaos.
Ball sticks on contact — aim your next shot precisely.
Shoot bricks directly from the paddle. Limited ammo, massive points.
Invisible barrier below paddle catches the ball once before vanishing.
Scoring & Combos
Base points per brick vary by type (10 for standard, 25 for hardened). The combo system rewards consecutive hits without the ball touching the paddle — each consecutive brick adds a multiplier (2x, 3x, up to 10x). Powerup kills count toward combos. Your best combo is tracked as a permanent stat.

HyveMan
Gameplay
Navigate HyveMan through a maze filled with dots. Eat all 240 dots on each level to advance. Four power pellets in the corners let you turn the ghosts blue and eat them for escalating bonus points (200 → 400 → 800 → 1600). Fruit bonuses appear twice per level near the center for extra points.
Each level increases ghost speed and reduces frightened time, making later levels incredibly tense. The maze layout evolves every 4 levels with new wall patterns and tunnel positions. Every session is recorded on-chain with dots eaten, ghosts eaten, fruits collected, and time survived.
Ghost AI — Five Unique Personalities
The aggressor. Directly targets HyveMan's current position. Gets faster as dots are eaten — "Cruise Elroy" mode when few dots remain.
The ambusher. Targets 4 tiles ahead of HyveMan's facing direction, trying to cut you off at the pass.
The wild card. Uses a complex vector calculation between Blinky and HyveMan to pick unpredictable targets. The hardest ghost to read.
The shy one. Chases HyveMan when far away but retreats to the bottom-left corner when within 8 tiles. Creates a natural safe zone.
The flanker — exclusive to HyveMan. Mirrors Pinky's targeting but from the opposite side, creating pincer formations with the other ghosts.
Fruit Bonuses
Fruits appear at the maze center after 70 and 170 dots eaten. Each level features a different fruit with increasing value:

HyveVaders
Gameplay
HyveVaders is a classic fixed-lane shooter with a Hyve arcade layer on top. Clear descending formations, survive bullet curtains, and convert deep runs into live contract score. The client keeps the instant-feel arcade action while routing credit purchase, session open, score settlement, and powerup spend through the Hyve arcade contract.
The run structure is built around wave clears and between-wave shopping. That gives HyveVaders a faster arcade loop than HyveWar and a more aggressive token sink than HyveBreak or HyveMan.
Powerup Economy
Emergency damage block that buys breathing room on dense later waves.
Push more shots downrange and stabilize tough formations before they collapse the lane.
Spread, pierce, and spin-laser variants change the whole feel of a run.
Store-bought safety valves keep long runs alive without wrecking the arcade pacing.
Arcade Positioning
HyveVaders uses the same Hyve wallet flow, shared leaderboard, and arcade profile surface as the rest of the network. Its own high-score table stays game-specific, but the monthly prize race is the same arcade-wide board used by every live game.
